Recommended for ALL Service Unit Team Members. Conflict between people is inevitable. The real issue is how we deal with it. Before we can determine the RIGHT way to deal with conflict – we must clearly identify what is happening and why. This course focuses on techniques for mediating conflict between yourself and another person, as well as mediating conflict between two other individuals. GSNETX polices and the steps to involve staff when escalation is necessary are also covered. Offered as a Home Study.
